Our Trip to Legoland – March 2017

WARNING: PHOTO HEAVY POST

As you may know if you follow me on social media, at the end of March (Mother’s Day weekend) we took a trip to Legoland Windsor, and stayed over night in the Legoland Hotel.

Tjis was not our first visit to Legoland – I myself had been as a child, not long after it first opened in 1997, and we had also taken Izzie and Ollie when Mason was a tiny baby, in September 2015.

The kids we’re s excited about going, and I have to say there really was something there for everyone. We booked a package that included an extra day free in the parks, and a night in the hotel in a ‘Kingdom’ Room which was medieval/prince snd princess theme.

I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel, it was spotless, the staff were super helpful, and the room theming was second to none. my only slight complaint was the cost of the food, but it is the same in any theme park type of place.

I’m not going to write too much more, but I will link the two blogs from our trip at the bottom of this post, and leave you with some of the hundreds of photos I took …enjoy!

Disclaimer: We paid for this trip ourselves, and have in no way been paid to advertise Legoland Windsor Resort – I’m just sharing to record our memories!

Looks like you had a great time 🙂 I was just wondering is it suitable to take a 2 year old, is there enough for them to do there too, we have an older daughter who is 5 and her little brother has just turned 2, we’d love to go but if it’s a case of him not being able to do much, wondered if it was worth waiting another year? Thanks 🙂 Inga x

Hi Inga, Mason was nearly 23 months when we went and he was able to go on quite a few thing and he loved it. If nothing else there is loads for them to look at! I would highly recommend 🙂 x
