SRI Educational Wooden Toys Review

All my children ave been animal obsessed – before they could say the names of the animals, they could make the noises that they make. We have a ridiculous collection of soft toys animals, and various books and plastic toys featuring different animals, but we have never ad any wooden ones. I love wooden toys – they can literally last for generations and they are timeless – my children love to play with toys that me and my brother played with as kids.  Imagine their delight when they opened a lovely parcel from SRI Toys  containing some lovely wooden animal toys.…

REVIEW – Cartamundi Fundels Number Games

We were really excited to receive these Math games from Cartamundi Fundels. We actually received them a long time ago but with everything has been going on with our kitchen and the bad lighting due to the weather, the Easter holidays were the perfect time to be able to play these and give them a proper review. Izzie has always been into Math and numbers (reading and phonics is another story but she’s getting there) and any chance to play games with numbers, she jumps at. We received two games, Playing with Numbers (RRP £9.99) and a Multiplication pack of…

REVIEW – Bibetta Children’s Placemat

We discovered Bibetta products when we started weaning Mason just after he turned 6 months old. With Izzie and Ollie we had an array of different bibs, ranging from long sleeved, to plastic. The plastic ones always seemed to big for their necks, and the long sleeve ones, although good at covering their clothes were a huge faff to get on. We found out about the Bibetta Ultrabibs™ range when a friend had bought some of their bibs and I was instanty impressed. We bought a few and have never looked back. They are made from a type of material…

Cake Through The Letterbox – Bakerdays Review

I think as a Mum, when you have a hard day, things aren’t going to plan – or your kids have tracked mud on your new rug (yes it happened), my go to is tea and cake. Most likely why I gained weight after Izzie was born. And Ollie – and Mason actually. Once you are past the newborn days, is is probably advisory to rein in on the cake, but in all seriousness, you really can’t beat a good slice of cake as a pick me up or a treat. I was so excited when I received a message…

REVIEW – Oxo Tot – Toddler Feeding

When it comes to weaning, and feeding young children, I’ve been there and done that, and got the tomato stained t-shirt to prove it. We are currently on our third go at and have probably tried every product on the market over the years. Izzie was a nightmare with a cup – we must’ve tried over 10 different types of sippy cup/brands and struggled to find anything she got on with. By the time it got to Ollie, we were a bit better informed, although he was stuck with his sisters pink forks and spoons. Poor Mason, by the time…
