I’m sorry!!
The grey soggy weather that we’ve had this week, coupled with the awful cough I’ve had has only meant one thing this week – lots of Netflix and lots of online window shopping.
September to the end of December is my favourite time of year – the autumn and the run up to The C word – I’m not brace enough to type that one yet.
I wouldn’t be a good wife / daughter if I didn’t come up with some Birthday ideas for my birthday in September, and who doesn’t love a wishlist. It’s totally a want list – especially as I’ve erred on the side on more pricer things but obviously with good reason – quality lasts!
So without further ado, here is my lust list…
Joules Field Coat – Heather – £229
This is a biggie purchase and I’m hoping to collect together enough birthday money to treat myself – I do already have one but it is now huge after losing weight and so I’m hoping to sell that one to fund towards this one. Honestly the warmest coat I’ve ever worn – and looks lovely too!
Joules Berkeley Scarf £24.95
No autumn wishlist would be complete without a scarf – and this one has so many lovely colours in it.
Joules Socks £8.95
I know this probably seems expensive for socks but I swear by Joules ones – they last forever and never wear through – even Ell hasn’t wrecked his and he goes through socks like hot dinners!
The White Company Autumn Candle (and room spray
I had one last year and it smells gorgeous. I was gutted when it ran out and they had then sold out. So this year I’m going to get one and a room spray which will last for ages! They will apparently be realeased online and in stores late August/ early September. I can’t wait!
Next ‘This girl loves weekends’ sweatshirt £28
I love a slogan sweatshirt, and this is blush pink and will match my bedroom – nuff said really!
Next Tan Western Style Chelsea Boots £40
I also love a good pair of tan boots and especially ones with a heel (I’m vertically challenged at 5ft 2). These look super comfy for the school run.
Pacapod have released a new range of bags – and this one, besides being practical – and tan – changes from a backpack to a shoulder bag. It comes with the classic pods that pacapod are famous for – and looks like it would hold loads. (Hint hint this is the one thing I really really want *puss in boots from Shrek eyes*)
Joules Tunic Dress £39.95
I’ve got a few in this style and they are lovely comfortable jersey material, flattering on the mum tum and super easy to throw on and look like you’ve made an effort.
Joules Pheasant Print Harbour Top £29.95
I love a pheasant print – it reminds me of my grandparents as they had a crazy pheasant when I was growing up that used to attack their postman – and I love the colours in this! Plus I need to add to my crazy collection of Harbour tops – they are staple mum uniform and wash and wear so well.
Joules Fox Keyring £8.95
I currently have an older style one on my keys – I have a slight fox obsession – and mine is looking a little sad now as it’s a good few years old. How cute is his bushy tail too?
