2016 – A year of our family in photos | Year in Review
I thought I’d do a quick round up of our top moments from 2016. I only properly started writing blog posts in August, so some things have been included and you will have seen them, albeit most of them written at a later date. As i dont have a year of posts, I thought I would include my favourite memories for each month of 2016, which has been a pretty amazing year for the Brushneen Family…
January

January was a quiet month, with plenty of Harley walks, and the completion of our photo wall – a project that had been in the making for a long time.
February

February was even quieter – I took hardly any photos as I was really busy rehearsing for the play i was in for Izzie’s school PTA – I was the Fairy Dog Mother – I also may sang a cover of Taylor Swifts Shake it off – with a British Bake off theme – I’ve included the photo as it took me out of my comfort zone – I feel like my confidence has grown in 2016 hugely.
March

March brought our family trip to Disneyland – it was amazing!
April
April brought Izzie’s 6th Birthday, and a party at soft play. Also plenty of outdoor time as the weather was getting brighter, and some gorgeous photos taken in the Bluebells.
May
May saw the littlest Brushneen turning one (!!)
June
June brought Ollie’s first sports day, celebrating Viking Day and lots of lovely outdoor time
July
In July we went to out local Festival – Boondocks, spent lots of time outdoors, and attended our first wedding of the season.
August
August brought out family holiday to Cornwall, and another lovely friends wedding.
September
September – also known as the month I turned 30! It was also back to school after the summer, and our final wedding of the year.

October
October meant lots of outdoor time whilst it was still quite warm, and plenty of conker hunting and playing in the leaves. It was also the month I started ‘seriously’ blogging and trying to get my content out there, and also the month I got my new camera and started to love taking photos even more.

November
More outdoor time when the weather was nice, and lots of lovely walks for Harley
December
December, the month of Christmas and Festivities – we had a mixed bag due to illness, a hospital stay for Mason (first time in 3 kids and 6 years so not bad going), and lots of Christmas Fun,. It was also the month that ollie turned 4!!
I can’t wait to see what 2017 brings and to be able to capture even more memories – I have found a whole new love and appreciation for taking photos this year and hope to continue this in 2017.
Thankyou to everyone who has supported me this year, it doesn’t go un noticed – I really appreciate each and every one of you.
Heres to 2017 – HAPPY NEW YEAR!
