Next Boys Spring/Summer Wardrobe Staples 2018

I swear by Next for the kids wardrobe staples. I fondly remember the days of izzie being a tiny baby, and me and my mumpratcially buying out the shop of gorgeous pink clothes. Boys clothes are maybe not as exciting – I don’t always feel you have as much variation and choice, but I love in the Spring and Summer when there are loads of lovely bright wardrobe staples. Next quality is and has always been fantastic – Mason is now going into Ollie’s outgrown clothes again, and it all looks like new. As I’ve been poorly lately, I’ve been…

Joules Spring/Summer 2018 Kids Picks

Its no secret that I’m a HUGE Joules fan for kids clothing (and my own), and I particularly love their Spring and Summer Ranges, as the colours are all so bright and gorgeous and the quality is amazing. At the Summer range is now in the shops, I recently did a huge shop, as I like to get in there early so I can have the pick of the summer clothes before they start to sell out. I’ve made a video (linked at the bottom of this post) where I show you everything, but I thought I would write this…

The Siblings Project {February 2018}

I always find January through to March drags a little, as it’s so grey outside and everything just seems a little bit dull and grubby. Time has dragged, but on the other hand it has also flown as we are currently smack bang in the middle of half term. It’s been a pretty uneventful month – I think we are saving up all of our excitement for Disneyland (26 days and counting). I’ve noticed a real shift in the dynamic of my three in the last month or so. Mason is definitely not a baby anymore and is a proper…

A Yummy Pancake Day with the #NumNomsPancakeDay Challenge

One of my favourite memories of being a kid was collecting sets of little toys – maybe it’s in my personality as I now do the same with handbags and lipsticks, but its certainly a trait I’ve passed on to Izzie. Izzie has been collecting NumNoms since last summer, and loves convincing me and my Mum to buy her new ones, or the mystery pots. She’s also been saving up her pocket money to buy more. If you haven’t heard of NumNoms, they are small squishy food shaped characters that all have their own smell. When we were asked to…

The Me & Mine Project – January 2018

For the first time ever I’m not going to say how quickly January flew by – I swear it has lasted about 8 weeks! I was so gutted that I missed the December Me & Mine Project, we were just too busy enjoying Christmas and spending time together that we literally took no family photos at all. January is always a funny old month for our family – it is the run up to the anniversary of losing Sophie, and this year will mark 6 years. That alongside the Christmas decorations being gone, makes January a long, cold, grey month…

Updating Your Bathroom | with Harrogate Bathrooms

This July will mark 10 years since we bought this house. In those ten years, its seen some changes, a wedding,  3 babies being brought home, a dog and cat. Over time we have changed bits of the house – like retiling the downstairs bathroom, and replacing our kitchen (still my favourite room in the house). When we bought his house it was a new build, and as such everything that was in it in came as standard – the bathrooms were all the same style, with the same generic white square tiles. Over the 10 years we have been…
