This year I’ve fully embraced the blogger cliches – from bluebells, to the rapeseed fields and most recently visiting the Lavender Farm. Cotswold Lavender at Snowshill is about 45 minutes away from us, and I can’t believe we had not heard of it before. Friday 14th July 2017 Dear Ollie This morning I dropped you off at preschool as I have done every term time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday since September. All three of my children have loved the beach from an early age. I know some children don’t like the sand, and get quite grumpy but with mine that has never been the case. Last week we went on our first summer holiday of 2017 to Cornwall – near St Austell. For the majority of the three hour journey, Izzie and Ollie talked about the beach and the sea and they were so excited. As I’m so behind, obviously these photos were taken a few weeks ago in the half term holidays, but I couldn’t not share them. I love the school holidays, as as much as it can be a bit stressful having all three children to entertain at once, I love the freedom that it gives us. I haven’t been around for the The Ordinary Moments lately – turns out our ordinary was just way too much dust, mess and a stressed mummy, during the kitchen renovation. As soon as that finished we moved on to the living room with various other mini projects in between.
